The Title : Product Manager
Location : Shanghai

Responsibilities:
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, values, features and price, and working closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall prepaid strategy.
l Define the product strategy and roadmap;
l Deliver new product with prioritized features and development/management plan;
l Make the market research to gather the most front-line information;
l Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product;
l Perform product demos to customers;
l Propose the promotional activities/materials to professions and all support to sales;
l Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals and deliver the regular forecast on the revenue;
l Develop sales tools and collateral;
l Brief and train the sales force and marketing team on a timely basis;
l Coordinate with sales, affiliation, customer services and SAMI team to replicate the best practices;
l Act as a important leader within the business team;
Qualifications:
l Minimum of 8 years experience as a Product Manager; relevant experience in pharmaceutical area, card business or automobile industry preferred;
l Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products;
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
l Bachelor's degree;
l Excellent teamwork skills;
l Strong convincing power to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
