The Company : Our client is a world leader in the field of services for companies and public institutions. The company designs and deploys innovative solutions in Relationship marketing, Human Resources and Expense management for corporate customers.
In
Responsibilities:
l
Plans,
directs, organizes and integrates all areas of Human Resources to ensure
effective programs exist and to guarantee high return on company’s investment.
Creates the direct link between company strategies and vision and HR’s;
l
Communicates
company direction and objectives to staff; Incorporate the company objectives
into individual career objectives;
l
Develops,
administers, and revises workplace policies and rules, making sure they meet
national and local labor laws and regulations.;
l
Plans,
recruits and selects and places new employees; Develops job analysis of new
position and assists to control the headcount;
l
Provides
strong development coaching and career counseling to BU and functional teams,
in close connection with related training initiatives;
l
Identifies
and measures management competencies; Coordinates with department manager to
implement the core competency of all positions and people development program;
l
Manages
annual performance appraisal process ensuring that all action plans are
monitored and followed up;
l
Carries out
training needs analysis and devises appropriate training programs;
l
Controls
payroll system and ensures timely and accurate payment is carried out in
accordance with company policy;
l
Provides
the professional Expatriate and mobility management;
l
Maintains
close relationship with HR communities of other countries within the Group;
l
Serves as
the chief sponsor, leader and organizer in sundry corporate –level
communication campaigns;
Qualifications:
l Minimum 8- year experience in human resources management is required;
l Bachelor degree or above;
l Chinese native speaker, very fluent oral and written English a must; French is a Plus
l People-oriented; self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, and driven
l Pragmatic, creative, hands-on, and good interpersonal skill with the ability to work as a business partner in a multicultural environment;
l Knowledge of National and Local labor laws and regulations;
l Strong technical understanding with thorough knowledge of Human Resource technologies, principals and practices;
l Excellent supervision/managerial/leadership skills required;
l Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking) required;
l Training/development skills required;
l Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems essential
